staff disrespect incessant sounds

the location offered convenient access to shopping options. i found this acceptable.

the gym situation was unacceptable. it is not actually part of the hotel. guests have access, but the staff there showed disrespect. i was denied exercise due to my attire, a situation i have not encountered elsewhere. alarm sounds were incessant and i was not able to use the gym.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to a major train station. It made travel convenient. The adjacent vertical mall was a great perk because it provides diverse dining options. The hotel staff was helpful and QUICK, promptly addressing my needs and requests. The room itself was clean and well-kept .

I found the breakfast to be quite monotonous and unremarkable, it could use more variety.
